If the doctor is with a patient, a message will be taken and the reception staff will advise you when it is likely that the Doctor, Practice Nurse or admin staff will return your call.
All urgent calls will be put through to a Practice Nurse immediately. Test results and requests for repeat prescriptions can often be dealt with by our reception staff or our practice nurse.
Our staff do their best to tend to patient calls, however at times we experience a high influx of calls. We do ask for your patience during wait times.
