If you are a new patient to the practice, please arrive a few minutes early to your appointment to allow time for you to fill in a personal details and emergency contacts form.

During your initial consultation, please let your treating Doctor know of any cultural or religious background that needs to be considered throughout our treatment.

Please present your identification upon arrival of all of your appointments with us. Proof of identification includes your Medicare card or Drivers Licence. It is essential that we see your proof of identification at reception before your appointment to ensure that the correct patient is booked in and arriving.

If there is an urgent problem please let us know so that we can see you as soon as possible. If there are no appointments available there will always be a doctor or nurse to speak to so that the appropriate treatment is given. Our policy is to see all sick children on the day requested.

If patients are unable to attend an appointment, we appreciate as much notice as possible to cancel and reschedule the appointment. In some circumstances a non- attendance fee may be charged.

We are a teaching practice and as such you may be asked for permission to have a medical student or GP trainee sit in on a consultation. Refusal will in no way impact on your care.

We make an effort to keep delays to a minimum.

However, sometimes emergencies arise or consultations take longer than expected. When this happens, our reception staff will let you know if there is a longer than expected waiting time.

Our opening hours are Monday to Sunday 8:00am – 8:00pm. If you require urgent medical attention outside these hours please present to Orange Health Service Emergency department or in an emergency please call 000.

Should you require Medical attention outside of our opening hours, please present to the Emergency Department at Orange Health Service.
