Kerry Porter is a Nurse Practitioner with a special interest in the prevention and management of heart disease and other chronic health conditions. She is passionate about helping people live well by improving heart health, managing risk factors, and supporting long-term well-being.
Kerry takes a caring and practical approach, working closely with patients and families to create personalised care plans that fit into everyday life. She focuses on early intervention, prevention, and education to help people take control of their health and prevent hospital admissions.
Alongside her clinical work at Bloomfield Medical, Kerry is a university lecturer, supporting the development of future nurses.
