Please allow up to 48 hours for prescription requests to be processed.

A $20 fee applies to all prescription requests made outside of a consultation, including requests from Age Pension Card holders and DVA patients. Payment is required at the time of requesting the prescription before it can be processed.

Bloomfield Medical Group participates in Medicare-supported prescription monitoring services to assist our doctors with safe and appropriate prescribing.

Please note: Bloomfield Medical Group does not prescribe Schedule 8 (S8) medications.

If you require a medication review, have changes to your medication, or your doctor determines that a consultation is required; you may be asked to book an appointment before a prescription can be issued.
